Manuscript Submission
Any contribution presented at the Kleinheubacher Tagung is, in principle, eligible for publication in the "Kleinheubacher Berichte". The manuscript must be compiled and submitted to the relevant session-chair in accordance to the guidelines (see Instructions for LaTeX and Word). Each manuscript must have a manuscript number (MS-Nr.)! For the Kleinheubacher Berichte the Abstract Number becomes the MS-Nr., changing "A" for Abstract into "P" for Paper (for example KH-2004-P-00???). All manuscripts submitted will undergo a review process, and the authors will be informed accordingly. After revision the session-chairs will forward the accepted manuscripts to the Copernicus Publications Production Office, where they are composed and formatted, revised in cooperation with the authors, and then uploaded. The "Kleinheubacher Berichte" will be published online every year during spring time.

Special remark to session-chairs: The corresponding session-chair is responsible for forwarding the accepted manuscript to the Copernicus Publications Production Office by email only! This email must contain a clear statement that this paper is accepted for publication in the journal "Advances in Radio Science - Kleinheubacher Berichte". The email must include the text and figure files (prepared according to the Manuscript Preparation). |
